Job Purpose:
To head the HR function in the unit, and to formulate ER-IR/HR strategy for the Unit ensuring harmonious Industrial Relations, driving HR agenda and managing critical change management initiatives.
Business Responsibility Areas:
HR Business Partner responsibilities:
Industrial Relation Management :
• Implement proactive IR practices to maintain industrial harmony.
• Handling of Legal cases related to Labour laws
• Managing Employee Discipline
• Responsible for grievance redressal
Statutory compliances and contract labour management:
• Ensure 100% statutory compliance related to labour laws.
• Responsible for laisioning with statutory authorities.
• Contract Labour Management and compliances including identification and onboarding of manpower vendors.
Learning and development:
• Responsible for learning and development of employees
• Designing of developmental interventions
• Collaborate with Corporate functions for deployment of various learning platforms
Employee engagement:
• Drive employee engagement activities in the unit.
• Ensure the on-time redressal of employee grievance.
• Drive wellness agenda for employees.
• Ensure employee participation in various initiatives.
Recruitment:
• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, induction areas for Executives and Operators at plant.
Corporate Social Responsibility:
• Implement CSR projects in the area of water management and Health management
• Driving Employee Volunteering Program in CSR activities
HR, Security and Admin:
• Onboarding new vendors as per guidelines outlined
• Lead the security and gate control process. Perform periodical audit and ensure the system.
• Facility Management like Canteen, OHC and transportation.
• Ensure availability of seamless IT system for business operations (in support with central IT team)
Education Qualifications:
• Master of Social Work in Human Resource Management/Master in Business administration in Human Resource Management
Previous Experience:
• Should have at least 10-12 years of Industrial experience in Manufacturing from tier 2 & Tier 3 college
• Should have 2-4 years of experience in Manufacturing from tier 1 college
