Job Purpose"
Support Ast. Grp. Manager/Ast. Gen. Manager in implementing and delivering the planned outcomes in their respective areas of technology projects. The role would be responsible for supporting Deco business for Adhesive product portfolios. Expected to work independently on the identified projects.

Business Responsibility Areas:
 Application validation of Adhesive products in the Lab & Market
 Customer complaints handling and management; Complaint data analysis to find out root cause. Complaint site visit & simulation in the lab
 Conduct Market trials of new product in critical markets before the launch
 Market visits to understand product U&A; and to track competition activities and their new product launches
 Training CSO/TSO on product application & complaint analysis
 Execute / Manage the allocated development projects & ensure product delivery within committed timelines for business enablement
 Work independently on identified projects and guide the team of researchers in their development projects
 Product gap identification and new product development as per initiative from technology
 Assist Grp. Sr. Manager and Ast. General Manager in identified strategic initiatives on need basis
 Ensure compliance of all the necessary processes pertaining to ISO & OHSAS
 Execute / Implement the CAPEX items allocated within the agreed timelines
 Interact with Vendors, Test houses & certification bodies on need basis

Education Qualification: Post-graduate / graduate in Chemistry / Polymer Technology with 6 – 8 years’ experience in Adhesives and Sealants
