We are experts in developing in-house applications to enable sales, manufacturing, planning, distribution, materials, accounts and research and technology. Over the years, we have implemented large scale integrated enterprise systems, applications and technology platforms.

We have structured ourselves as various Product Team who build expertise on specific IT product that delivers business outcomes. These product managers along with their team of managers, developers will be engaging with business stakeholders and co-creating the product roadmaps, various applications & features with the help of cloud based packaged applications or building product grounds-up along with engaging IT ecosystem which include large IT Product or Services companies, also tapping into Startup ecosystem with a structured engagement to provide innovative.

Structure

Consumer Engagement/Platform

We focus on leveraging our IT capabilities to enhance consumer engagement through digital platforms. By utilizing technologies such as AI, big data analytics, and personalized content delivery, we ensure a seamless and personalized experience for our consumers across various digital touchpoints.

CRM, Loyalty Platform

In this workstream, we develop and maintain Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and loyalty platforms. These platforms enable us to effectively manage customer interactions, track customer preferences, and implement loyalty programs to enhance customer retention and satisfaction.

Frontline Workforce

We handle end-to-end IT support for our frontline workforce activities, including discovery, prototyping, launching, scaling, and driving change management initiatives. We also develop and maintain tools like the Sales Manager portal to empower our frontline staff with real-time data and insights to improve sales performance.

Manufacturing Automation and Industry 4.0

Here, we focus on implementing automation and Industry 4.0 technologies to optimize our manufacturing processes. This includes deploying IoT sensors, robotics, and predictive analytics to improve efficiency, quality, and agility in our manufacturing operations.

Planning Systems

We develop and manage IT systems for forecasting demand, supply, and production planning. By leveraging advanced algorithms and data analytics, we optimize inventory levels, reduce lead times, and enhance overall supply chain efficiency.

Dealer Engagement Platform

Our IT team is responsible for developing and maintaining digital platforms to engage with our dealers effectively. These platforms enable seamless communication, order management, and support services to enhance the overall dealer experience.

Core Transaction Portals

We manage core transactional portals such as ERP and SAP modules for various functions including purchase, costing, HR, working capital management, master data management Order-to-Cash, Procure-to-Pay, etc. We also oversee portals for outsourced processing centers to ensure smooth operations and data integration.

Information and Network Security

We ensure our organization's information and network security through robust cybersecurity measures. This includes implementing firewalls, encryption, intrusion detection systems, and security policies to protect sensitive data and prevent cyber threats.

Data Center and Infrastructure

We manage our organization's data centre and IT infrastructure to ensure high availability, scalability, and performance. This includes deploying cloud services, server management, storage solutions, and network infrastructure to support our business operations.

Analytics

 In this workstream, we leverage advanced analytics techniques to derive actionable insights from data. This involves data mining, predictive modeling, and visualization to support decision-making across various business functions.

    I joined Asian Paints as a Systems Manager, straight out campus after graduating from IIM Kozhikode in the year 2016. I was inducted specifically into the Systems department with all of my colleagues giving me a view of their area of work.
