To manage end-to-end luxury modular projects, combining design conceptualisation and sales ownership, from client engagement and design development to commercial closure and structured handover to execution teams.
Understand client requirements and develop concept-driven luxury modular designs
Own sales closure through consultative, design-led presentations with the help of Designer and Scaling of High end business.
Will be responsible for building the prospect pipeline and generation of leads from AID/High end Clients and other offline Channels and Marketing Activities.
Engage with HNI clients, Architects, and interior designers Manage expectations on scope, timelines, and deliverables.
Ensure high standards of customer experience and satisfaction.
Support Designer for the closure of Projects and negotiation with customer.
Store Maintenance.
Regular customer interaction to boost the brand association with customer for the improvisation of customer experience.
