EXECUTIVE I - QA

External Job Description

1. QA chemist to handle all daily sample testing , chemical and as well as quantitative test
2. Should have knowledge of instrument like GC , IR,HPLC
3. Understand various chemicals and glassware its usage
4. Good knowledge about chemistry
5. Should able to work in team
6. Ensure daily reporting data in SAP
7. Able to work on dept initiative like 5 S , Kaizen , improvement etc…
8. Understand safety process and follow the same
9. Should able to handle independent role
10. Should able to make daily report of RM/PM/Batches.
11. Ensuring periodic updating of various ledgers, files as per the laid down procedures in accordance with ISO requirements
12. Making daily rounds to the shop floor and processing floor to ensure that the activities are carried down as per the laid down procedures/systems
13. Communicating with production/store department regarding status of various batches, approvals, problems related to batches etc.
14. Analysing customer complaints thoroughly as per the system guidelines and handling customer queries.
15. Conducting of various products cum process audits, packing audits, batching audits etc
16. Conducting Other Tests as per the required frequency.
17. Providing all the necessary data required for monthly report preparation.
18. Providing the necessary support for analysis of deviant batches.
19. Referring the matter to Technical function in the following cases: i. Problems in Batches/RM/PM, ii. Specifications, iii. Test Methods iv. New Products, v. Master Samples, vi. Standard Shade Panels etc.
20. Ensuring that master samples are generated before one month of the expiry period.
