Nilaya Anthology is an international experience center in Mumbai from Asian Paints which offers luxury furniture, bath, kitchen, lights, wardrobes etc. As a Business Development Manager for Nilaya Anthology, you will be based in non-Mumbai location (Hyderabad/Bangalore/Ahmedabad) to generate sales and manage architect relationship for your city. Your primary focus will be on generating queries and converting them into lucrative business opportunities. |

~ Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities and areas for growth. ~ Analyse market data and customer feedback to provide insights and recommendations for product development and marketing strategies.

Pipeline Management

~ Maintain a robust pipeline of prospective projects by accurately tracking and managing leads, inquiries, and opportunities through our CRM system. ~ Monitor the progress of ongoing projects, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of any issues or concerns to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. ~Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, including retail sales, marketing, design, and operations teams, to ensure alignment of business development efforts with overall company objectives. ~Coordinate with external partners, suppliers, and vendors to deliver seamless and exceptional service to clients throughout the project lifecycle. |
