External Job Description

• Collaborate with design, R&D, and production teams for product development
• Participate in design reviews and feasibility
• Develop prototypes and coordinate sample approvals
• Ensure smooth transition from prototype to mass production
• Work on BOM (Bill of Materials) finalization
• Support project timelines and ensure on-time product launches
• Troubleshoot issues during development and production stages
• Identify and evaluate new suppliers based on capability, quality, cost, and delivery Performance.
• Conduct supplier audits and assessments
• Monitor supplier performance (quality, delivery, cost) and implement improvements
• Ensure suppliers comply with quality and regulatory standards
• Coordinate with vendors for tooling, molds, and initial production runs
