External Job Description

Job Purpose

The position is that of frontline technical personnel who would primarily be responsible for growth and penetration of waterproofing products in defined geography through lead conversions and product trainings to various stake holders like applicators, contractors and thereby achieving overall business objectives

Business objectives

Awareness about waterproofing systems

  1. Understanding of sales process and specification sales

  2. Knowledge of AutoCAD

  3. Smart worker, Extrovert and Go-Getter personality

  4. Knowledge about Architects and Consultants will be an added advantage.  She will handle given list of Architect and consultant.

  5. Candidate will have to meet client, consultant, and architect. She has to bring enquiry / lead. Subsequently she has to follow for approval and specification of construction chemical material for Karnataka based project.

  6. Working with larget sets of sales personnel in matrix kind of environment.

Previous Experience

Desired • 1-2  years’ experience preferable in Civil construction / chemicals company.

• Civil Construction knowledge

• Product knowledge on construction chemicals and waterproofing products

• Planning and result orientation

• Negotiation skills

• Communication skills- verbal and written Additional Requirements

• Role involves visiting project sites which requires extensive travelling

 • Proficiency with MS – Office, in particular MS – Excel is mandatory.

Education- 

Btech Civil/ Diploma in Civil(full-time)
