Lighting Designer- The White Teak Company by Asian Paints

A creative and detail-oriented Product Designer to join the team at a leading lighting company. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in product design (preferable in the field of home décor or lighting), with a strong understanding of materials like wood, glass, metal, and stone, along with knowledge of manufacturing processes.

Key Responsibilities:
• Design innovative lighting products from concept to production
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering and marketing
• Concept based ideation and designs for 3D models using Rhino or 3ds Max
• Produce high-quality renderings and visual presentations using Keyshot, V-Ray, Photoshop, Illustrator
• Basic drafting skills to draft and edit technical drawings using AutoCAD if required for production.

Key Skills & Qualifications:
• Degree in Product Design or related field.
• Proficient in 3D modelling, rendering, and graphic tools
• Basic knowledge of materials and manufacturing techniques
• Strong problem-solving, creativity, analytical thinking, and decision-making
• Effective team player with good communication skills
