External Job Description

Candidates with practical exposure or training in BLDC ceiling fan assembly will be preferred

Key Responsibilities

Assembly & Production

• Assist in assembly of BLDC ceiling fan components, including:
• Follow work instructions, SOPs, and assembly drawings during production.

Quality & Inspection

• Carry out visual and basic functional checks during and after assembly.
• Identify and report assembly defects, missing parts, or wiring issues to the supervisor.

Material & Line Support

• Assist in line material management, ensuring correct parts are used in assembly.
• Support segregation of OK, rejected, and rework parts.

Safety & Compliance

• Follow shop‑floor safety rules and EHS guidelines.
• Use tools, jigs, and fixtures safely and correctly.
