External Job Description

Job Purpose - 

The RSO is an officer in the Asian Paints – Bath Division,whose prime responsibilities are to maintain Customer Satisfaction score by working in close coordination with the Sales Team.

Business Responsibility Areas

1. To handle customer complaints and ensure resolution,
2. Spare FG Management  - New /Reverse Logistics
3. Quality – FM – Product feedback
4. Maintaining prescribed ISO 2015 standards in operational area
5. Extensive travel of 15- days in a month
6. Managing   Manpower  - On roll / Off roll
7. Market Visit - Dealer Visit and Consumer Site visit
8. Big Data analysis – Documentation – Reports
9. Functional initiatives
10. He may be allotted any additional responsibility necessitated at the unit.

People Managing - On roll and Off roll – 15 -30

Divisional Geography comprising  3-5 states / regions
