Key Responsibilities

1. Drive growth in the non paint categories through proper planning, indexing, and improving conversions with stakeholders.
2. Engage regularly with AIDs and allied influencers in order to maintain healthy & regular lead and SA flow for categories under purview
3. Manage Dealer Network and ensure adequate leads and sale realisation at exclusive stores 
4. Identify new business opportunities.
5. Working with Influencers, Generating Business
6. Areas to manage – Panjab, Haryana, Himachal, J&K
