JOB DESCRIPTION

Position: 
Executive Level 1 – Production

Qualification: 
•Diploma In Chemical Engineering (with Distributed Control System working experience). 
•Should be 10th + 12th + Diploma. 
•Should be able to speak/understand tamil
Experience
•Minimum 3 years of experience 
Roles: 
Daily Activities 
•DCS operations in control room 
•Inspection and signing work orders 
•Deployment of housekeeping CL in each shift
•Controlling/Operating (Whenever required) and closely monitoring the crude loop section
•Coordinating with Engineers for arrangements of manpower for the sections in the event of absenteeism
•Regular inspection of Log records of operators during each shift
•Trouble shooting of issues arising in the production
•Coordination with Engineers for Production of required quantity in each shift as per the Production plan and take necessary corrective actions in consultation with Sr. Officers/Executive for any deviation
Monthly Activities/occasional Activities 
•Coordinate with Engineers for Startup/Shutdown activities 
•Co-ordination with external agencies for events such as exhibitions, model display, arranging competitions related to safety etc.
