Assistant Manager - Key Accounts

Job Purpose

The position is that of an Assistant Manager – Key Accounts Décor Pro who would primarily be responsible for working with Architects and Interiors designers to drive business of home décor for Asian Paints in Delhi market

Roles and Responsibilities

Business objectives

• Drive overall business and growth at account level for decor category by meticulous planning, Indexing, and driving conversions with the help of key stakeholders.
• Managing the network of key accounts and servicing their requirements
• Drive the engagement across mapped AID firms and Beautiful Homes stores.
• Working and collaborating with other teams to drive the product level agenda and enhance project conversions.

Market Development

• Identify opportunities across various business segments through competition analysis, regular market visits and giving feedback to brand team for new product development.

Customer centricity

• Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines.

Integration

• Integrate with other verticals like BH team, APPS team,Central team and Supply Chain team to promote sales and service to customers.
