External Job Description

Job Purpose: 
Work with Government Departments / Consultants to get APL Smartcare brand included in the specifications. to generate BOQs for all upcoming tenders. Post that to closely work with Sales Team for Conversion of specifications to sale.

Primary Responsibilities:
Business Responsibility Areas:
•    Work with Navratna PSUs to secure approval and Sales planned for various product segment – Waterproofing, Admixtures, Repair, Special Repair and Flooring. 
•    Work with each PSU as independent unit, develop engagement with that account and ensure the Specifications include Asian Paint for New Projects, Expansions and M&R requirements. 
•    Work in collaboration with respective regions and Sales team to ensure delivery of planned numbers for each region in Navratna Segment.
•    Working with external Consultants to develop specification for Asian Paints – various product segment.
•    Effective resolution of complaints, Product training to customers, maintaining up to date working knowledge of new application technologies and should be able to prepare Method statements and BOQ for various sites. 
•    Develop clear process for approval and conversion to sales for each Navratna at both unit and Head office level.
•    Understanding of various building and material codes – IS Codes and utility for each PSU
•    Construction Knowledge: Familiarity with construction processes, materials, and methodologies.
•    Perform field visits and write reports detailing project viability and progress

Education:
•    B.Tech/B.E. Civil from a recognised university
 

Work Experience:
• 8+ years of experience in promoting Construction Chemicals to the Consultants
