SR. DESIGN EXECUTIVE - BEAUTIFUL HOMES (Guwahati Studio)

External Job Description

1. Developing and maintaining processes of requirement gathering.

2. Hiring and induction of new joinees in Studio teams & oversee their performance

3. Communicating with internal teams for pricing and order processing

4. Coordinating with IT, Brand team, Design cell to facilitate all necessary information to Studio Teams

5. Handling escalations from internal & external stakeholders

6. Coordinating and managing high value, high profile projects

7. Knowledge of AP Products/Portfolio & related functioning

8. Setting standards for creation of the space plan & moodboards .

9. Ensuring maintenance of Studio's P&L

10. Mentoring teams to correctly guide the customer in Material Selection, Design Conceptualization, Feasibility, and Functional usage.

11. Studio Upgradation by regular maintenance and order placement

12. Fulfilling Category Promises with the design concept selling.

13. Adhering to the consultation process and reports follow-up.

14. Communicating all new initiatives planned centrally to studio teams and ensuring optimum follow-up for impact

15. Help with sales target achievement through necessary collateral provision and training at each store
