Job Purpose:
To manage the HR function (IR & Admin) in the unit, and to formulate ER-IR/HR strategy for the Unit ensuring harmonious Industrial Relations, driving HR agenda and managing critical change management initiatives.
Business Responsibilities:
Statutory Compliances:
- Working knowledge of labour laws
- Statutory compliances
- Liasoning with government bodies including but not limited to Factories Dept & Labour dept
- Statutory Returns & License renewals
Contract Labour Management & Apprentice Management:
- End to end Contract Workman Life Cycle Management
- Implementation of CLRA
- Apprentice Management & Apprentice Act.
Employee Relations:
- Employee Grievance Management (GRC)
- Employee Discipline (know-how & experience of Domestic Enquiry - process management)
Admin Facilities:
- Managing Canteen and OHC operations including statutory background.
- Managing Housekeeping and transportation Operation
- Vendor Management
Miscellaneous:
- Payroll management
- Recruitment
Previous Work Experience:
8+ years experience in Plant HR with strong domain experience in IR and Liasoning
Education:
MBA/MSW full time from any recognised university
