Long Description

    Controlling the effectiveness of the material storage and retrieval process by means of effective 5S of the stores area
    Expertise in working with SAP platform 
    Responsible for procurement process for all spares and consumables related to Plant Engineering Stores
    Servicing the users as per the agreed SLA with respect to material procurement
    Complying to the APQS defined processes 
    Compliance to month end activities like Monitoring of Open POs, Open reservation and Open PRs.
    Conducting Stock taking at every quarter end as per the written guidelines
    Proposing SFIs (Suggestion For Improvement) wherever modification brings improvement to the process
    Sending various MIS reports to respective stake holders to ensure proper and timely communication.
    Interaction with counter-part at other plant location for parallel implementation of best practices initiated by them and vice-versa.
    Self-assessment as per Asian Paints Quality System
