Job Title     Executive N - IT    Department    Plant Engineering

Role Description
Job Purpose
Facilitating smooth running of the systems department by providing administrative assistance to programmers,
programmer analysts, officer etc in terms of arranging stationery, ensuring maintenance of hardware, maintaining backups of software etc.

Primary Responsibilities
Business Responsibility Areas

    Negotiation
•    Tech negotiation in procurement of AMC and IT HW capex 
IT Equipment Maintenance
•    Follow ups with AMC vendors on service call logged and for Preventive Maintenance visits
•    Sharing of best practices on usage of IT equipment with User – Mainly operators.
•    Maintaining the list of IT assets and ensuring the renewal of Service agreements/POs with the help of IT Manager.
•    Invoice verification of various AMCs and ensuring timely payments to vendors.
•    Negotiation and Procurement of IT spares as per AMC specification
IT Capex Implementation
•    Support to Central IT in execution of IT Software capex and any other maintenance Activity
IT Improvement
•    Identifying and suggesting IT hardware Improvements to Central IT with the help of IT manager.
Contract Manpower Management
•    Training to new engineers joined 
•    Maintenance of attendance registers and ensuring adherence to shift schedule
•    Follow up for Data Requirements of HR on PF/ESI/Wage register/CW license/ID proofs etc.
Others
•    Maintaining 5S of IT server room
•    Correction of all improvement points given by Safety/QMS Auditors and Commercial Audit
•    Maintaining IT QRs and Sending monthly GM reports on IT to IT Manager.Scope of Work

Role Requirements / Specifications
Qualifications    Diploma in IT (Networking + hardware Maintenance)
Previous Experience    1-2 years
