External Job Description

    Handling shifts responsibilities – Breakdowns pertaining Filling machines – Automated (Faster packing machines), Manual (Liquid filling machines, Auger filling machines)
    Maintenance of Robot/Cobot/Conveyors
    Maintenance of pump system (Centrifugal pump, progressive cavity pump, 
Gear pumps, Twin screw pumps, Diaphragm pumps),
    Maintenance of utility equipment’s (boiler, chiller, compressor, cooling towers, WTP system),
    Maintenance of process equipment (Mixers, Reactor, mixer, agitator and hydraulic equipment),
    TPM, Autonomous Maintenance,
    Responsible for CBM, RCA and CAPA for critical issues and equipment, 
    Vendor development ,
    Making risk assessment, FMEA, SOP, 
    Following safety permit system including LOTO, day to day permit work, 
    Predictive maintenance of equipment such as vibration analysis, 
    Thermography, Ferrography Analysis, 
    Procurement and management of spares and consumables ,
    Manpower and resource management for plant shutdown and execution including startup, Compliance to the PM schedule, CAPEX project budgeting, 
    Planning and execution, Procurement of CAPEX equipment
    Manpower handling – Permanent – APL Technicians, Contracted – Leadec team
