Job Purpose:
•    Sales, Network expansion, collections, focus products development, influencer management, Team management


Business Responsibility Areas:

1.    Ensure achievement of sales objective for the states assigned in value, volume terms of modular kitchens and component business.
2.    Prepare annual, qtr. and monthly plans in line with overall organization objective and ways to achieve across channels, towns and states.
3.    Setup a review mechanism to monitor progress of promise no’s on a regular basis.
4.    Conceptualize and design strategy for a continuous acceleration on key agenda across all networks and business channels.
5.    Regular meeting with all business partners- dealers, distributors, and sub dealers.
6.    Co-ordinate with marketing to design initiatives to build future ways of growth across products and markets.
7.    Timely collection and maintaince of strict payment norms with a timely review as per company policies.
8.    Recruitment, development, and motivational activities for team members to drive various agendas.
9.    Setup key parameter of all team members for the year.
10.    Engage influencer network with sharing new products information’s, successful execution of their projects and periodic meetings.
11.    Keep a track of competition activities, annual market audit and update to management.


Qualifications:
•    MBA/B.E./B.Tech with minimum 10 years of relevant work experience

 

Previous Experience:
•    Minimum 10 years of work experience in Sales/Channel management
