Designation: Associate General Manager – Investor Relations

Reporting: AVP – Finance

Qualification: MBA Finance preferred OR CA Experience required: 10+ yrs (Premium colleges/ CA),

Experience of Investor Relations role and finance

Reportees – 2

Business Responsibility Areas Position responsible for maintaining the Investor Relations team for the organisation. Key responsibilities:

Organizing the earnings calls and investor meetings for every quarter.

Preparation of a comprehensive Investor meet deck – capturing the industry dynamics, Organisation strategies,

Progress update and financial information.

Prepares a response guide for the Senior management on potential key queries / clarifications that can come up for every quarterly investor reachouts.

Represents the organization along with the Senior management team in the Investor / Analyst conferences and calls.

Undertakes competitive analysis across key players in the domestic / international space within the industry as well as in adjacent industries and provide key insights to the management.

Analyze the shareholding pattern on an on-going basis, ensure key organization updates are disseminated to the Investors / key shareholders in a timely manner.

Establish relationship with Media, Stock Exchange Representatives along with the Secretarial team.
