Job Purpose:
Responsible for all commercial operations for sleek FKD which mainly covers inventory, order Cycle, warehouse operations, Vendor management, Overhead and Capex Management, Statutory compliance, MIS and Internal Controls.
Responsible for various critical inventory, accounting operations of the sleek – FKD – inventory ageing, pick and pack activity, Capex, Safety & Infrastructure, Productivity enhancement initiatives
Business Responsibilities:
1. Co-ordination with Supply chain on component coverage for FKD order fulfillment (pick & packing activity) to supply FKD orders with 100% full.
2. Vendor Management -
Co-ordination with vendors on procurement of goods and services required for Various initiatives aligning Commercial hierarchy
Rate Negotiation with vendors, Agreements. Ensuring timely & accurate raising of POs. Timely payments to vendors
3. Coordination with internal stakeholders like Sales team , Brand team, corporate accounts, taxation, Finance for daily routine activities
4. Ensuring vendor account Hygiene – Open advances, Open GR’s, No due certificate from vendor, Monthly provisions, GST reconciliations
5. Monitoring of Budget vs Actuals and highlighting exceptions. Work on cost optimization / reduction in the whole gifting platform
6. MIS – Weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS relevant to sales commercial Hierarchy
7. Closing Monthly / yearly quarter end / stock take process
8. Explore areas for efficiency improvement in all processes.
9. Warehouse & Inventory management through service providers: Warehouse operations which include outbound logistics, inventory management, stock reconciliation. Monitor and improve the productivity of C&F Manpower deployed at Warehouse.
Education Qualifications:
CA Inter/M.com/B.com/MBA from a recognised university
Work Experience:
8+ Years of relevant work experience
