Assistant Manager - Digital (UI/UX)

Job Requirement:

We are looking for an experienced Product Designer with strong UI-Visual Design skills, and a solid foundation in UX design, user research, and usability principles.

Business Responsibility Areas:

• Individual contributor with additional responsibility of overseeing senior designers for the UI design process.
• Ensure quality and timely delivery of design deliverables.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including business stakeholders, product owners, vertical leads, marketing team leads, and external vendors to ensure alignment on design direction and requirements.
• Conduct user research and testing to inform design decisions and ensure user centred design principles are applied.
• Maintain design guidelines and standards to ensure consistency and brand integrity across all digital touch points.
• Ensure designs are compliant with accessibility and usability standards.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI design and apply them to design processes.

Previous Work Experience:

8+ years of hands-on experience in UI design for digital products & Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.

Education:

Any Graduate/ Masters in Design from any recognised university
