Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and technically strong Design Manager to lead the design team responsible for Arazzo, our premium high‑end kitchen & wardrobe range, and manage the design execution for display showrooms across regions. The ideal candidate must have deep expertise in modular kitchen and wardrobe design, sound technical knowledge, and proven experience in leading high‑performance design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Team Leadership & Management

Lead, guide, and manage a team of designers working on showroom display designs.
Review and ensure accuracy and quality of all design outputs (2D, 3D, BOQ).
Establish design best practices, technical guidelines, and SOPs.
Conduct regular training sessions to enhance team capability in modular kitchen & wardrobe design.

2. Showroom Display Design & Execution (Arazzo)

Lead the design and execution of displays for all Arazzo showrooms.
Ensure displays showcase Arazzo product strengths, design philosophy, and latest innovations.
Drive layout planning, detailed design, and specifications for Arazzo kitchens and wardrobes.
Provide technical inputs on materials, hardware, functionality, and manufacturing requirements.
Work closely with product development, vendors, supply chain and manufacturing for technical feasibility.
Coordinate with project teams of BH/dealers and Sleek operation team to ensure flawless execution.

3. Product Development

Participate in the end‑to‑end development of Arazzo modular systems—concepts, prototyping, testing & finalization.
Benchmark global design trends, materials, finishes, and hardware to keep Arazzo competitive.
Collaborate with vendors and plant teams to validate designs and ensure manufacturing readiness.

4. Cross‑Functional Collaboration

Work with Sales, ETO, Product, and Marketing teams to strengthen product positioning and customer experience.
Provide design insights for catalog development, marketing communication, and launch materials.

Skills & Competencies Required

Strong technical knowledge of modular kitchen & wardrobe systems.
Proficiency in AutoCAD; knowledge of 3D modelling tools (3ds Max, SketchUp) is an added advantage.
Deep understanding of materials, hardware, ergonomics, and manufacturing processes.
Ability to manage multiple projects with high attention to detail.
Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong problem‑solving ability and a solution‑driven mindset.
