External Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Report Development & Automation: Design, develop, and automate custom reports for financial reporting using ACL, Power BI, Datasphere, or other relevant tools. Ensure reports meet business requirements and adhere to best practices.
- Data Analysis: Analyze large datasets related to corporate accounts, identify trends, and provide actionable insights. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure the data supports business objectives.
- Data Quality Assurance: Perform regular data quality checks to ensure the integrity and accuracy of reporting systems. Troubleshoot and resolve data discrepancies when necessary.
- Documentation & Training: Document custom reports, scripts, and processes. Provide training and support to users on how to utilize reports and understand the underlying data logic.
- Continuous Improvement: Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting tools. Continuously improve reporting processes to enhance efficiency and value.
- Understanding existing Accounting/business processes and suggesting process improvements.
- Regular monitoring of Projects and its progress.
- Schedule periodic meeting with IT and Corporate Accounts to update on the same.
- Conduct discussions with IT and Various Teams on Projects feasibility and designing and bring Alignment on Project deliverables.
