EXECUTIVE II - COMMERCIAL INFRA

1. PROJECT INFRA

• Techno‑commercial review and closure of Vertical Racking, Multi‑Tier Mezzanine, and Flow Rack projects, ensuring timely completion with suppliers and stakeholders.
• Monitoring and control of greenfield/brownfield warehouse civil projects, ensuring compliance with codal provisions, structural design, flooring, construction quality, ventilation, insulation, lighting, safety, and utilities.
• Techno‑commercial review and execution of new office interior projects with adherence to codal provisions and standard amenities.
• Drive value engineering through effective space planning, cost optimization, and performance improvement.

2. CAPEX & PROCUREMENT

• Negotiate, finalize, and maintain rate contracts for CAPEX items (above ₹1 lakh/unit); support regions in specifications and rate standardization with centralized PAN‑India vendors.
• Coordinate with internal stakeholders (Accounts, Taxation, SSC, Branches, IT, Finance) for CAPEX execution, ensuring 100% utilization.
• Vendor coordination for procurement related to marketing initiatives, including negotiations and agreements.
• Ensure optimal utilization of central safety funds for safety infrastructure CAPEX.

3. PRODUCTIVITY

• Identify and implement automation solutions to reduce manual operations and improve warehouse efficiency.
• Enhance productivity and space utilization through new technologies, lean methodologies, and industry best practices.
• Monitor CAPEX spends (Budget vs. Actuals), highlight deviations, ensure accuracy in plan vs. utilization, and support next FY CAPEX planning based on learnings.

4. MHE & PALLETS

• Procurement of MHEs (HOPT, BOPT, Stackers, RTs, etc.) on rental basis.
• Ensure MHE availability, spares, and services with minimum 95% uptime.
• Procurement and management of pallet rentals, ensuring timely repairs and minimum 90% availability.
