Job Purpose

• Handling Techno-commercial role in Sales & Marketing Commercial

Business Responsibility Areas

1. PROJECT INFRA

• Techno-commercials review & closure of Vertical Racking Projects, Multi-Tier mezzanine & Flow Racks Projects. Ensuring project completion with supplier & stakeholders.

2. CAPEX & PROCUREMENT

• Negotiate, Finalize & maintain rate contract for all small & large capex items (>1 Lac per unit) and support regions for specs & rate standardization. Providing the centralized vendor and support for common procurement for PAN India warehouse.

3. PRODUCTIVITY

• Identify automation solutions for improving efficiency in regular WH operations and minimize manual operations.
• Increase Productivity, space utilization & identify new technology to save time and cost in current process of WH such as Adaptation of new technology, Lean methodology techniques & Industry Productivity practices

4. MHE & UTILITIES

• Procurement of MHE's such as HOPT/BOPT/Stacker/RT etc on rental basis.
• Improve productivity in warehouses operations by ensuring availability of MHE’s, spare parts and services. Maintaining an UP time of 95%
