External Job Description

Lead conversion: • Responsible for conversion of customer leads, received through various sources, for the Beautiful Homes Service (BHS). • Educating the customer about BHS service, materials, and products. Customer handling: • Interact with the customer to understand his/her needs and prepare the initial BoQ. • Work with the BHS Design team to prepare the initial design for the site and share with the customer. • Identification and finalization of General Contractor (GC), depending on the site. • Handle all customer queries, issues and complaint resolution till the site is handed over to the CES – Site Execution. Collection: • Responsible for Sales collection from the customer (site booking amount).
