External Job Description

Job Purpose
    Support activities pertaining to investor relations and corporate communications.

Job Responsibilities
He/She will be responsible for the following:
•    Preparation & trend analysis of weekly shareholding pattern to identify large investors, institutional buyers & sellers
•    Data/news collection and circulation pertaining to sector, industry peers, competition, consumer companies and regulations 
•    Co-ordinate and set up of quarterly earnings call/annual investor meet
•    Co-ordinate with investors and market analysts to set up market interactions/meeting of management / IR team
•    Inputting data on meetings with market participants to analyse frequency of interaction, change in investments 
•    Managing IR page of website to ensure accurate content, timely display of information, changes and suggestions in look/ease of access
•    Routine activities like for documentation, vendor bill processing and payments

Geography Coverage 
•    The responsibility covers Asian Paints and its subsidiaries in India and overseas locations
Corporate Coverage 
•    The responsibility covers all departments of Asian Paints and its subsidiaries in India and overseas locations
