EXECUTIVE N - FINANCE

JOB PURPOSE - 

The Job entails the role of a Finance Executive who will be working in the area of planning and reporting. The planning and reporting vertical of corporate finance is responsible for providing timely and correct reporting around various businesses of Asian Paints to the top management for informed decision making. The finance executive will be working towards creating MIS reports as well as supporting critical analysis areas. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES - 

1. Coordinating with various functions for gathering data
2. Data consolidation for analysis purposes
3. Support in creating regular MIS & Presentations around Plans, P&L, balance sheet, working capital, variance analysis etc
4. Any adhoc analysis as required from time to time
5. Support in planning for Manpower count, employee costs, P&L Plan. Involves co-ordinating with various functions to collect data and create consolidated database for the same.
6. Using ERP to capture major data points for reporting and analysis purposes
7. Creating dashboards and database around major P&, Balance sheet & Manpower areas

OTHER RESPONSIBILITIES - 

1. Funding of projects in ERP for control around Capex etc
2. Creating and maintaining funding dashboards and SLA’s
