External Job Description

Job Purpose

  • Primary responsibility of maintaining various database files across entire Employee Life Cycle processes.
  • Central SPOC for database management and information sharing across business units
  • Handling HRIT operations and Life Cycle management for company-wide managerial cadre & support to business HRs.

Business Responsibility Areas

  • Managing and updating employee centric trackers and analysis files which are used on a daily basis for various Compensation and PFMS related work.
  • Major responsibility of maintaining proper data sanctity with utmost accuracy
  • Maintain & creation of analysis files and prepare monthly reports.
  • Managing HRIT operations in relation to employee movement/ appraisals.
  • Primary SPOC for Employee movement circular announcement on a weekly basis.
  • Data maintenance/Audit for joining/ transfer/ separation etc for salary processing.
  • Responsible for ongoing SuccessFactors maintenance, including troubleshooting and resolving bugs to ensure smooth system functionality.
  • Provide support to JV and Global entities by maintaining accurate data and managing the Employee Life Cycle (ELC) processes.
  • Introduce, Automate and implement new practices within SuccessFactors to enhance HR processes and ensure proper documentation of these practices for future reference.
  • Conduct HRIT- related surveys using the Qualtrics portal and analyze results to make improvements.

Qualifications:

  • Essential Requirements
    • Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferably commerce, business, management.
  • Preferred Non-Essential Requirements:
    • Part-time / Full time - Post Graduation degree/certification in Human Resources
    • Experience in owning HR processes and front-ending stakeholders

Previous Experience:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
