Job Purpose
- Primary responsibility of maintaining various database files across entire Employee Life Cycle processes.
- Central SPOC for database management and information sharing across business units
- Handling HRIT operations and Life Cycle management for company-wide managerial cadre & support to business HRs.
Business Responsibility Areas
- Managing and updating employee centric trackers and analysis files which are used on a daily basis for various Compensation and PFMS related work.
- Major responsibility of maintaining proper data sanctity with utmost accuracy
- Maintain & creation of analysis files and prepare monthly reports.
- Managing HRIT operations in relation to employee movement/ appraisals.
- Primary SPOC for Employee movement circular announcement on a weekly basis.
- Data maintenance/Audit for joining/ transfer/ separation etc for salary processing.
- Responsible for ongoing SuccessFactors maintenance, including troubleshooting and resolving bugs to ensure smooth system functionality.
- Provide support to JV and Global entities by maintaining accurate data and managing the Employee Life Cycle (ELC) processes.
- Introduce, Automate and implement new practices within SuccessFactors to enhance HR processes and ensure proper documentation of these practices for future reference.
- Conduct HRIT- related surveys using the Qualtrics portal and analyze results to make improvements.
Qualifications:
- Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferably commerce, business, management.
- Preferred Non-Essential Requirements:
- Part-time / Full time - Post Graduation degree/certification in Human Resources
- Experience in owning HR processes and front-ending stakeholders
Previous Experience:
Minimum 2 years of HR experience
