Job Purpose
• Central owner of Recruitment processes of Asian Paints – software, partner support, manpower, budgets.
• Managing Senior Hiring Lifecycle from Sourcing to Onboarding
Primary Responsibilities
• Managing Senior Hiring Lifecycle from Sourcing to Onboarding while ensuring candidate experience
o Understand the role requirements for the Senior Vacancy. Source profiles from various Job Boards
o Understand profiles to match role suitability, then arrange interviews/interactions.
o Support team in closing the vacancy. Ensure smooth onboarding journey of candidate.
• Central Owner of Recruitment Processes:
o Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and Recruiter Marketing Careers Website:
Understand system challenges in implemented ATS (RCM SuccessFactors).
Drive improvements in collaboration with IT
Increase software usage within HR and Business teams via support, trainings etc.
Reduce hiring TAT and improve quality of hires leveraging the software & data.
Implement Recruiter Marketing (RMK) model of SAP SuccessFactors with IT.
o Manpower Accounting across all Asian Paints departments and Managerial grades:
Maintain & update the available numbers of sanctioned headcount.
Approve hiring/promotions/movements basis available headcount.
Update fresh additions to available headcount sanctions.
Reconciliation with Finance Department of actual vs sanctioned headcount
o Supporting the RPO (Recruitment Process Outsourcing) partner
Reconciling monthly recruitment fees against actual recruitments
Reducing process and information gaps between RPO and HR teams
Admin support to RPO team members on behalf of Asian Paints
o Monthly accounting of central recruitment budget against actuals & upcoming expenses
Tracking and approving employee payments as per the rules of Employee Referral Policy.
Key Performance Indicators:
- Lateral Recruitment
- Zero error in payroll and ELC actions
- Induction feedback
- ATS and new initiative adoption
Qualifications :
• Essential Requirements
o Bachelor’s Degree in any field preferably commerce, business, management.
• Preferred Non-Essential Requirements:
o Part-time / Full time - Post Graduation degree/certification in Human Resources
o Experience in owning HR processes and front-ending stakeholders
Previous Experience: 1-3 years of HR experience

o Organize & Prioritize tasks in a disciplined fashion, allowing visibility to your Manager.
o Be able to continuously learn, better and faster ways of working and apply quickly.
o Challenge the status quo of doing the things by building upon existing processes.
