External Job Description

Job Purpose :

Safeguard Company’s interests by providing legal advisory services on any issue, ensuring proper

business/legal documents and providing support in litigation

Drafting

Drafting and vetting of contracts and ensuring that the associated risks for the

Company are minimized

Participate in negotiation of key business contracts and provide inputs from a

legal perspective

Validate documents and business deals for legal compliance

To provide training to the business users

Communication

Establish communication guidelines in line with Company policies
