JOB PURPOSE
    Handling Outbound logistics Operations, vendor payments and freight negotiation
JOB DESCRIPTION
    Transporter Management & Servicing - Co-ordination with transporters for daily vehicle placements. Ensuring timely placements & monitoring transporter SLA.
    Freight negotiation for regular & adhoc requirement.
    Maintaining Freight Rate masters- Pin code level master’s to be maintained.
    Coordination with internal stakeholders like LPP team, Distribution, Sales, Commercial, SSC & Taxation.
    Ensuring transporter payments – Co-ordinating with transporters for receiving LR and invoices on time to monitor timely payment.
    Co-ordinating with IT team & internal stakeholders for automation projects & developments.
    Co-ordinating with commercial for transporter PO are maintained country level for automated freight payment.
    Monitoring transporter score card and placement performance.
    Penalty Recovery for Placement defaults.
    MIS – Weekly, monthly, quarterly MIS relevant to Hierarchy
Age: Less than 26 years
Qualification:  
•    Candidate should be Any batch of Graduation
•    Hands on experience of MS Office (Word, Excel, Power point), SAP.
Experience:  
•    Prior experience of 1 – 3 years in Accounts or Commercial is preferable. Experience of working on SAP ERP would be an added advantage.
