External Job Description

Job Purpose - 

• Prepare monthly reports & coordinate with OPC’s for Quality Related activities like Standardization report, Process Audits etc.
• Need specialization for Construction Chemical products like Tile Adhesives, Repair Range, APP Membranes, Admixtures, Waterproofing Products (2k), Epoxy based products & Customer complaints handling.

Primary Responsibilities - 

• Prepare monthly testing reports of Tile Adhesives, Repair Range, APP Membranes, Admixtures locations.
• Prepare OPC Score card based on Monthly performance on Quality Front.
• Coordinate with OPC’s and TF for Formulation clarifications & guide OPC accordingly.
• Understand the Asian Paints & related IS standards Test methods (IS,ASTM,EN Standards) / requirements for Tile Adhesives, Repair Range, APP Membranes, Admixtures & provide guidance to OPC’s if required.
• Keep records of testing facility availability at OPC’s.
• Coordinate with OPC’s for conducting the batches under different projects & timely update.
• Providing Material Test Certificates to Sales team as per requirement.
• Frequent audits at OPCs of above construction chemical products.
