External Job Description

Plan Generation

• Generation of FG plan on a monthly basis through ESP / SCP planner.
• Analysis of crossflow and generation of cost‑optimized dispatch plan.

Plan Execution

• Monitor production and dispatches through DPR and take corrective actions based on the review.
• Review coverage across the country and plan dispatches accordingly.
• Interface with servicing and sales teams; highlight and resolve issues as required.
• Conduct capacity tie‑ups with the plant at stream level.
• Conduct regular planning meetings to identify and resolve bottlenecks in production and delivery.
• Quarterly review of RM, PM, and FG stocks at OPC end and ensure effective closure with no scrap.

VDPT

• Analysis and identification of HDR route and sensitizing vendors to take extra precautions while loading vehicles.
• Implementation of recommended guidelines across all OPCs to ensure reduction in issues.

Direct Dispatches

• Ensuring confirmation of all orders on the N+1 day across all OPCs.
• Monitor the production and stock of FG of each SKU to ensure 100% material confirmation.
• Assessment of storage and loading capacity and gap against existing infrastructure setup.
• Onboarding of OPCs for automation of the direct dispatch process.
• Target N+1 compliance > 80%
