Job Purpose
Accounts -
To process invoices within agreed SLA with due compliance of applicable laws and to suggest improvement in the existing
Processes.
CommercialThe role is that of a commercial who is responsible for providing end to end support to sales function in a given geography by 
means of timely material service to customers, managing overhead costs and warehouse operations, optimization of resources 
and implementation of all laid down systems and procedures, thereby assisting in achieving business objectives

Job Responsibilities
ACCOUNTS / COMMERCIAL
Operational Efficiency:
Timely Invoice processing and payment within the agreed SLA
Perform accounts approval for all vendor code routed through MDG within the agreed SLA
Coordinate with stakeholders from other functions to close any queries pertaining to invoices.
Strive to convert maximum vendors on e-payment
Compliance:
Ensure necessary checks for compliance of GST and Company Manuals.
Accounting Hygiene:
Scrutiny of open items/balances, Advances, reconciliation and closure.
Reporting:
Preparation, monitoring and circulation of periodic reports on payment performance, advances,
creditors etc. Revert and CAPA to be set for Audit and other Quality reports.
Process Improvements/ Projects:
Analyse area of work and give suggestions for improvement. Participate in the projects for 
Automation of processes
Customer Service
• Ensure Order Cycle Time (OCT) for delivery of material to Customers 
• Identify and address the factors affecting the Order Cycle Time with a purpose to improve 
customer service levels
• Ensure timely and accurate settlement of Schemes 
• Monitor and review monthly Input Utilization Report (IUR) 
Overheads, Capex and Inventory Control
• Prepare and monitor overhead budgets for the Units and take measures to control overhead costs
• Ensure optimization of vehicle utilization and route plan for material service to control freight cost
within budgeted limits 
• Negotiate rates with vendors in a cost effective manner for various services to minimize overhead 
costs 
• Assess the infrastructure requirements for Units and accordingly propose and execute the capex 
projects as per defined schedule 
Ensure stock verification as per defined frequency and take measures to control stock variances
