Job Purpose
- Lead brand and product marketing for premium & luxury paint categories across GCC (UAE, Oman, Bahrain, Qatar), shaping propositions that balance consumer insight, category growth, and regional market dynamics.
- Translate consumer and competitive insights into product innovation, brand architecture, and differentiated market positioning.
- Drive integrated campaigns and activations that strengthen brand equity, scale category relevance, and deliver measurable business outcomes.
- Build advocacy across contractors, influencers, and retail networks through structured engagement, content, and capability building.
- Partner with cross-functional teams (Sales, R&D, Technology, Retail, Digital) to ensure seamless execution and long-term category leadership.
Business Responsibility Areas
- Insight Mining:
- Conduct structured consumer, influencer, and competition studies to identify product gaps.
- Translate insights into briefs for new developments and category improvements.
- Partner with technology and unit marketing to refine, validate, and roll out product improvements and developments.
- Campaign Planning & Brand Building:
- Lead annual and quarterly campaign planning across interiors, exteriors, and textures product category.
- Drive regional brand storytelling and campaign execution across GCC through ATL/BTL, in-shop visibility, and digital activations.
- Develop & deploy toolkits, content decks, and in-shop collaterals to support unified messaging.
- Category Establishment & Proposition Development:
- Define differentiated propositions for premium & luxury interiors and exteriors paints and designer finishes.
- Develop GTM frameworks and onboarding modules for unit teams to ensure readiness across GCC.
- Strengthen brand architecture with clear role articulation across product ladders.
- Influencer & Contractor Engagement
- Design & develop structured engagement with contractors, applicators, and influencers to drive advocacy and recommendation.
- Design and execute loyalty programs, retail activations, and demo formats to influence conversion.
- Partner with influencers to amplify brand narratives in both retail and digital ecosystems.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with Sales, R&D, Technology, Retailing, and Digital Marketing teams to drive execution excellence.
- Work with central and unit marketing teams for aligned category campaigns.
- Partner with agencies (media, creative, digital) to deliver impactful rollouts.
- Capability Building
- Conduct structured training for sales and marketing teams across GCC.
- Equip frontline with simplified collaterals, product demo tools, and reference kits.
- Ensure retail readiness with effective content deployment and tracking of adoption.

Role requirements
- Qualification: MBA with Marketing specialization from a Premier B-school from the Batch of 2023/2024 only
- Previous Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of brand management or product marketing
- Languages: Fluency in written, spoken, reading English is mandatory while any exposure to Arabic will be preferred but isn’t mandatory
