SENIOR EXECUTIVE - SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT

External Job Description

• Responsibilities:
• To be able to understand the business requirements and come up with a solution architecture, design and present to internal IT stakeholders.
• Work along with business users to test the application and plan deployments.
• Managing deployment cycles to ensure the availability of application.
• Guide and mentor junior developers in the team.
• Contribute towards continuous improvements/enhancements in existing applications.
• Ensure all the best practices are followed in the development lifecycle of BPM applications.
• Work with internal IT application teams to ensure integrations work seamlessly.

• Technical Skills Required
• Candidate should have experience in developing IBM BPM/BAW applications in version 8.6, 20.x and later versions.
• Proficient in BPD Design and developments.
•  
• Good knowledge on Client side human services, coaches, coach views, javascript, DOJO and BPM Ul/Spark UI toolkits.
• Experience in Integration services, UCA,  Rest services, webservices, Events and  Gateways.
• Hands on in Exception handling
• Experience in Writing Stored Procedures, Queries, DB services and Transaction Management.
• Experience in Managing BAW application Deployment and maintenance of the platform [process snapshot cleanup, writing JACL/Jython scripts to automate WS admin commands]
• Good to have Java and IID knowledge.
• Good to have experience in IBM Filenet Administration [ Access Management, sweep jobs and Archival, integrations].
• Good to have experience in developing applications in IBM Case Management.
