Job Purpose
To head the HR function in the unit, and to formulate ER-IR/HR strategy for the Unit ensuring harmonious Industrial Relations, driving HR agenda and managing critical change management initiatives.
Business Responsibility Areas
HR Business Partner responsibilities
Statutory compliances and contract labour management:
•Ensure 100% statutory compliance related to labour laws.
•Responsible for laisioning with statutory authorities.
•Contract Labour Management and compliances
Learning and development:
•Responsible for learning and development of employees
•Designing of developmental interventions
•Collaborate with Corporate functions for deployment of various learning platforms
Employee engagement:
•Drive employee engagement activities in the unit.
•Ensure the on-time redressal of employee grievance.
•Drive wellness agenda for employees.
•Ensure employee participation in various initiatives.
Recruitment:
•Lead the recruitment, onboarding, induction areas for Executives and Operators at plant.
HR, Security:
•Lead the security and gate control process. Perform periodical audit and ensure the system.
•Facility Management like Canteen, OHC and transportation.
•Ensure availability of seamless IT system for business operations (in support with central IT team)
