Turn Around Time, Detentions
Zero Material Stock out situations, Material Charging per shift
Machine Uptime
Truck Placement Efficiency
Dispatch Volume, Detentions, Turn Around Time, STO Ageing
Manpower availability, TAT of Grievance resolution
Over time hours of the manpower
On time Preventive Maintenance, Logging of issues in desired format
CAPA readiness within desired timelines
Material Variance
Timely closure of HIRA
Timely closure of observed non-compliances
No. of Kaizens, Cost Savings             
Ensuring proper unloading for chemical tanker and safe unloading procedure
Ensuring PM of equipment’s timely aligning with planning               
Maintaining High level of material in All Day tanks
Hazardous waste moment through proper WDM             
Safe Unloading and binning of materials
Timely sampling as per inspection plan
Pallet reworking
Release of vehicles, physically and in system
Ensuring timely samples to QA
Hygiene of RMG Warehouse
Scrap movement & Empty bags return to vendor
