Job Purpose:

Development of New products and upgradation of water based decorative interior paints 

Primary Responsibilities

1. Processing of batches of product under development
2. Testing of the experimental designs as per test protocol defined, generating and recording data.
3. Conducting application/ product validation trials  at sites which can be located at different locations across India
4. Testing of benchmark samples
5. Evaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitability
6. Support to plant wrt standardization of the product at PEL/ OPC
7. Maintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in lab note book & Optiva
8. Testing of complaint samples  if any and resolution
9. Active participation in ISO as well as OSHSA activities
10. Handling of customer complaints
