Job Purpose

The incumbent will be responsible for the development of new products and modification of existing products in adhesives and sealants range. 

Primary Responsibilities

1. Conducting literature survey and experimental planning for new product development
2. Processing of batches and testing of the experimental designs as per the test protocol defined
3. Conducting application/ product validation trials at sites which can be located at different locations across India
4. Testing and analysis of benchmark samples
5. Evaluation of alternate RMs in the existing product formulation for suitability
6. Support to plant w.r.t. standardization of the product at PEL/ OPC
7. Maintaining appropriate and updated records of experiments in lab notebook & Optiva
8. Data tabulation and interpretation, technical report preparation and presentation at the review meetings
9. Customer complaint handling and resolution
