• Product development: Development and testing knowledge of emulsion/adhesive in lab. If exposure in plant/scale up is an added advantage.
• Problem-solving skills:  Ready to provide technical solutions to serve customer for trouble shooting such as quality complaints/application defects.
• Good team work with cross functional team: Ability to successfully partner with team members and stake holders from multiple functions (sales, marketing, R & T, Supply Chain) to achieve business success.
• Motivation: Self-motivated and hard-working, be able to work on multiple tasks simultaneously with clear priority and planning.
