Senior Research Executive - MIL

Job Purpose

 Characterization of materials using sophisticated analytical instruments. Expertise in interpretation of data and reporting of results. Managing people to obtain optimum output.

Primary Responsibilities

Perform routine and non-routine sample analysis

Should be able to develop appropriate test methods wherever applicable, analyze samples, obtain data and carry out interpretations.

Identify source and solve problems

Qualifications

Essential

M Tech / M Sc (from IIT / IISER)

Desired

Previous Experience

Essential:  3 - 5 yrs exp in area of Spectroscopy / Chromatography / Rheology / Thermal (Hands on analytical equipment handling essential)

Desired

Experience in the area of microscopy and surface characterisation

Functional Competencies

Theoretical knowledge of principles & applications of sophisticated analytical instruments.

Behavioural Competencies

Should be creative and thinking out of box to solve analytical problems. Agility and perseverance. Willing to experiment, learn and get things done.
