EXECUTIVE N - CMD

Primary Responsibilities  

• To draw up production schedules based on the FN plan and ensuring adherence to the plan.
• Communicate the production schedules/SR plan/Priority Volume to the respective stakeholders.
• Ensuring timely dispatches of Indirect RM from Kansa to connected OPCs as per future STR-STO cycle.
• Ensure smooth functioning of OPCs – problem solving approach with internal & external stakeholders to ensure continuity of OPC Operations.
• Review daily production output, monitor RM/PM coverage, ensure daily issues are addressed & feedback is shared to the respective stakeholders.
• Coordinating with outside functions like Central Planning, OBL, IBL, NPS, Purchase, Costing, Commercial, Accounts, Taxation, and Technical Functions to update on any resource shortage or for any other technical support.
• New Product/OPC Introduction, stabilization and ramp up by working in close coordination with the Processing Partners, Central Supply Chain, Research & Technology and CMD Commercial functions.
• Ensure compliance to APQS manual & processes at OPCs.
• Driving Manufacturing Excellence and employee engagement agenda in OPCs
• Working towards continual improvement of sectional performance and parameters.
• Ensuring reduction in VDPT(PONC1), Slow Moving-Nonmoving & Block Stock (PONC4) and FG Recoveries at OPCs (PONC5) in coordination with OBL, RM/PM Purchase & Commercial team.
• Ensuring for systemic hygiene and compliance to DA reports.
• Ensuring annual capacity tied up with central planning team and SPI plan loading according to tied up capacity.
