  • Handling shifts responsibilities – Breakdowns pertaining Filling machines – Automated (Faster packing machines), Manual (Liquid filling machines, Auger filling machines) 

  • Maintenance of Robot/Cobot/Conveyors 

  • Maintenance of pump system (Centrifugal pump, progressive cavity pump,  
    Gear pumps, Twin screw pumps, Diaphragm pumps), 

  • Maintenance of utility equipment’s (boiler, chiller, compressor, cooling towers, WTP system), 

  • Maintenance of process equipment (Mixers, Reactor, mixer, agitator and hydraulic equipment), 

  • TPM, Autonomous Maintenance, 

  • Responsible for CBM, RCA and CAPA for critical issues and equipment,  

  • Vendor development, 

  • Making risk assessment, FMEA, SOP,  

  • Following safety permit system including LOTO, day to day permit work,  

  • Predictive maintenance of equipment such as vibration analysis,  

  • Thermography, Ferrography Analysis,  

  • Procurement and management of spares and consumables , 

  • Manpower and resource management for plant shutdown and execution including startup, Compliance to the PM schedule, CAPEX project budgeting,  

  • Planning and execution, Procurement of CAPEX equipment 

  • Manpower handling – Permanent – APL Technicians, Contracted – Leadec team
