Job Purpose

The position is that of a Business Development Manager who would primarily be responsible for driving business of Whiteteak category, through mapping the qualified business opportunities across external and internal

stakeholders through meticulous planning.

Business objectives

  • Drive overall business and growth at account level for lights category by meticulous planning, Indexing, and driving conversions with the help of key stakeholders.
  • Ensure the best service to clients to make WT a brand of choice.
  • Managing the network of key accounts and servicing their requirements in the lights category
  • Drive the engagement across mapped AID firms and BH stores.
  • Working and collaborating with other teams to drive the product level agenda and enhance project conversions.

Market Development

  • Identify opportunities across various business segments through competition analysis, regular market visits and giving feedback to brand team for new product development.

Customer centricity

Enhance consumer experience by ensuring resolution of complaints within the defined timelines.

Integration

Integrate with other verticals like BH team, Decor pro team, APPS team, WT Central team and Supply Chain team to promote sales and service to customers.
