Payroll and Time Office Monitor daily attendance and update leaves in Attendance Management System Prepare Payroll Input sheet and verify Salary Register Prepare Payroll related reports Employee Life Cycle Activities Conduct end-to-end employee life cycle activities including induction & joining formalities, confirmation process, promotion, transfer, changes in reporting relationships, separation and preparation of relieving letter Recruitment Manage Recruitment process such as written test and interviews Search for candidates through job portals and recruitment consultants Handle Walk-in interviews Prepare offer letter and co-ordinate for Medical Test of selected candidate Training Administration Manage trainings as per Annual Training Calendar and update training records Zero Payroll errors No delay in ELC events 100% Manning 100% compliance to Training Calendar Asian Paints ~ 2 ~ Internal HR Document-Strictly Confidential Process payments for external trainers Statutory Compliances File monthly statutory returns Maintain various statutory registers and records as required by Law Manage Contract Labor in coordination with external contractors Personnel Administration Procure and distribute welfare items Maintain various Quality records as per Quality, Safety and Environment Management Systems Generate various monthly MIS reports
